Brianna wonders if Jimmy is telling the truth in Outlander Book 6 Chapter 81 Roger and Brianna start the Outlander Book 6 chapter with questions about Jimmy. In the end, Bree has to share the details of the Mauves' circumstances with someone else. We start class with Roger and Brianna discussing rumors and gossip about Ridge. Everyone found out about the story that Malva told. And Roger sure is a story. We even get to know why he thinks it's all a story and I'm curious why he wouldn't think to mention it to anyone.
But Bree isn't too sure. She wants to believe that Jimmy is loyal, but she has a story about Frank from the past: another person she thought was loyal to her mother. I love that we have this question. It's important to understand why the rest of Ridge thinks Jimmy might do something like this. If his daughter doubts things, there will be no one else. At the end of class, Brie has to tell Bobby all about Malva. There is clearly more to Poppy's story and this is where some foreshadow. I'll get to that in the warning section. The chapter was used in part in the television series, but not in its entirety. I will have access to my thoughts on the changes in approach to this chapter in the adaptation section.
